Museum of English Rural Life

The Museum of English Rural Life (MERL) located on Redlands Road showcases a variety of exhibitions and hosts a number of workshops including, for the younger age groups, bread making and felt workshops over the summer. The museum’s current exhibition is ‘20^th century rural cultures’ and the museum also offers family tours.
